Strategic management and planning of outages and repairs is critical to our customer's success. Applus RTD supports customer needs by providing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) services in order to meet U.S. regulatory commission requirements, ASME, ANSI, NQA-1.
Maintaining rigorous QA and QC programs gives timely and accurate results, allowing Applus RTD and the client to make decisions supported by engineering, material supply, procedure development, field implementation and auditing support.
Establishing an effective quality management system while protecting the integrity of systems and components is Applus RTD's main objective.
All activities carried out by Applus RTD are controlled by requirements set forth within the Applus RTD quality procedures. These procedures are a complete set of implementation procedures to govern, maintain and control all shop and field installation and repair services.
Applus RTD staff is trained, qualified, and certified to provide surveillance, oversight and examinations in order to ensure that all shop and field services meet code and customer quality standards and specifications.
Applus RTD maintains ASME Certificates in order to support customers with code repairs and installations.
